Footwear Corporation - Inventory and Order Management System We worked with Inspire Graphic House to develop and create an easy to use system to manage Footwear inventory and order new and replacement stock. Delivered on CD and designed to run on moderately equipped computers, the system communicates with the corporate server in the background, transparently handling financial transactions and conversions between yen and US dollars.
NetCard Print Working with Meshnet, we have continued to develop an online system for designing, ordering, and softproofing business cards and stationery supplies online. The system is three tiered; first the service provider creates reseller accounts with a customized application interface, next the reseller creates dealer accounts, dealers then offer customized accounts to clients. Client administrators configure their templates and layout options and individual staff members can log in and create orders for their own cards. Once a card is ordered, the user views a pdf softproof and can approve or modify before finalizing the order. (Client companies also have the option of requiring inhouse approval before the order is sent to the printer.) When an order is approved, it is sent print ready, along with a dynamically generated invoice, directly to the printer via pdf.
Drexel University - Student Counseling Center Data System Working closely with the Psychologists who run the Student Psychological Counseling Center , we designed a secure, custom, online system which is used to store all patient records, calculate usage and staffing statistics, and collect data for various grant based research projects. The system is intuitive, responsive and allows onsite administrators to manage and customize a variety of database and user parameters.
Links Sports - News Collection System We created a customized system that searches the web for related news stories and dynamically displays headlines and links. The system updates automatically and the search is adjustable by topic, player and source.
Sid Richardson Museum of Western Art - Online Management Suite We created a suite of tools providing the museum with unified and secure access to web based control and management applications including: Analytics: Dynamic web use statistics with customized summary graphing, Order Tracking: Secure management of web store orders, Domain Name Manager: Automatic monitoring and testing of domain name registration and routing, Image Link Control: Prevents unauthorized hotlinking to web images with domain and subdomain based permissions, Image Loan System: Automatic fulfillment system to securely allow users to download the specific print resolution images that they have licensed, and E-Newsletter System: Generate, distribute, and track Store and museum newsletters.
Sid Richardson Museum of Western Art - Library System Working with the Education Department, we designed and created a customized web application for intuitive management of the Museum’s Library Holdings. Accessible and easy to use, the system replaced outdated and costly traditional software with a web based system that is available anywhere within the museum and may be accessed by outside researchers as well. The system includes checkout and card catalogue generation as well as custom pdf based research summaries.
